Abstract
The Fourth Conference in this series was held in Cairo, Egypt, in November 1988. The Conference was convened by IBRA and hosted by the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt in the International Centre for Agriculture at Dokki in central Cairo. Delegates from 58 countries travelled to Egypt to participate in the Conference, and for five days were able to exchange news and views on all aspects of beekeeping in the tropics.
