Abstract
Dr Edrich founded the Manyara Project which is now being helped by a group of Dutch beekeepers. It aims to develop innovative and appropriate technology for African beekeeping. The project is partly financed by Health Initiatives, St.Joseph's, Baltimore and Durango, Denver.
