On 3rd July IBRA held its Annual General Meeting in Cardiff. Andy Poulter stepped down as Chairman and his place has been taken by Hans Kjaersgaard. A long serving member of IBRA Council we welcome Hans to his new position. Here, in this Guest Editorial, he introduces himself
