Abstract
The author is fortunate in having a complete set of The Bee World except for part of the first volume. In preparing this contribution he has drawn on the originals and also on Bee Research Association, 1949-1974, a history of the first 25 years which explores the evolution of Bee World from its early days as part of the Apis Club.
