Terms:

We will endeavour to deal with your order as quickly as possible and keep you informed of the progress of your order. If you are unhappy with the items you have purchased, please let us know and we will try our best to help you. We do reserve the right to refuse an order if payment is not processed successfully.

Privacy and security:

Your name or details will not be given to any third party. All online transactions are processed by Paypal (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro etc.), which uses secure servers and industry-leading fraud prevention systems.

Refund policy:

By law, you also have a "cooling off" period of seven working days from the day after the date the item is delivered to you. This applies to all of our products except for digital items that have been downloaded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellation on sealed products if they have been opened.

To cancel your purchase, please fill out the delivery slip that accompanies your items, giving the reason for the return as "contract cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge. We cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
