In the editorial of the September issue of Bee World Chairman William Kirk gave a very lucid exposé of the current situation faced by IBRA and the consideration that has been given by IBRA’s Council on how to proceed. As Director it is my job to make those decisions a reality and to secure the future for this much respected, indeed much loved, institution.
